Engagements can be printed by pressing “print” in the toolbar when previewing an engagement. 

Your engaged contacts can also print an engagement using their browser's “print” function or the shortcut CTRL + P (Command + P on Mac devices).

If you notice a header/footer on your PDF, this is something that is controlled on the browser. When opening the print preview, there should be an option to enable/disable the header and footer. In Safari, this option is under the "Show Details / Print headers and footers" In Chrome, this options is under "More settings / Options / Headers and footers"
