PreciseFP allows you to easily put your signature on any of your templates. To do so, you'll first want to access the template by going to Templates > My Templates > Click on a thumbnail of the template that you wish to edit > Click customize to bring you to the template editor.

You'll want to make sure you have an empty cell to add the Signature to (if you do not have one, this help article will show you how you can add a new element).

Click on the empty cell within your template, click on the + and then choose the New Element option.

Choose Advisor Signature under Graphical Elements:

There are three available signature types for you to choose from:

- Type: Allows you to manually type in your name

- Draw: Allows you to draw your signature in the provided box

- Upload: Allows you to upload a scanned image of your written signature

The value added to the 'Label' field will be displayed above your signature, just like the Titles of regular elements. By default, Signer Name field will pull the name you have provided from your Profile settings, but you can edit that to your liking - the entered name will be displayed below your signature, next to a date which we are adding automatically.

Once everything is set up, click on the Create button and your signature will appear in the cell.

Adding your signature to a mapped PDF document:

To include your signature on the generated PDF document, open the PDF Mapper and click on the “Signatures” button located at the top-right corner of the screen. The Signatures panel will show all available signature elements from the template and will allow you to place them on your PDF.
