The Personal Information Review feature is designed to help you streamline the process of gathering and maintaining current client information during their annual review. This tool leverages PreciseFP's data maintenance power, making it easier than ever for clients to review, update, and confirm their details, all while saving you time.

How the Personal Information Review Works:

As part of the annual client review process, sending a pre-filled fact finder to your clients allows them to quickly assess whether any of their information has changed. This process empowers your clients to make updates or confirm that everything is still accurate, without requiring back-and-forth communication. Here's how it works:

  1. Send the Pre-Filled Fact Finder: Using PreciseFP, send a pre-filled Personal Information Review fact finder to your clients. The fact finder includes all their current details, so they only need to review it and indicate any necessary updates.

  2. Client Review Process: Once the client opens the review, they will be prompted with dynamic questions about their personal information. These questions will allow them to respond in one of the following ways:

    • 'No' - If no updates are needed, the client can click 'No' to proceed to the next page.

    • 'Yes' - If there are updates or changes to any of their information, they can click 'Yes' to make necessary updates or edits.

    • 'No, but show me my information, please' - If the client is unsure but would like to review their current information first, they can select this option to view their existing details before making any edits.

  3. Client Makes Edits or Confirms Information: After responding to the prompts, clients can make any required changes to their information. Once they’ve made their updates, they will simply submit the review back to you.

  4. Updating Your Systems: Once the engagement has been completed and the client has submitted their updated information, it is essential that you update your internal systems. Don’t forget to sync this information with your CRM, financial planning software, and any other relevant systems you use. This ensures that all data is consistent across platforms and up-to-date for your client’s ongoing financial needs.
