Update your profile information or enable/disable multi-factor authentication

To update your profile information and authentication settings, click “profile” under your settings sub-navigation.

Here you are able to update your name, mobile phone, time zone, photo, and password. 

To update your email address, we require the request be sent to Support@PreciseFP.com from the email address we currently have on file for you. Please contact us via chat with any questions on this.

To enable multi-factor authentication, click enable and wait a few moments for the system to process. You should receive an SMS message on your mobile phone with a verification code. Once the code is added, multi-factor authentication is enabled and you will need to input a verification code every time you sign in.
