Update your profile information or enable/disable multi-factor authentication

To update your profile information and authentication settings, click “profile” under your settings sub-navigation.

Here you are able to update your name, mobile phone, time zone, photo, and password. 

To update your email address, we require the request be sent to from the email address we currently have on file for you. Please contact us via chat with any questions on this.

To enable multi-factor authentication, click enable and wait a few moments for the system to process. You should receive an SMS message on your mobile phone with a verification code. Once the code is added, multi-factor authentication is enabled and you will need to input a verification code every time you sign in.
