The Billing settings are only available for administrators of PreciseFP’s accounts only.
Subscription
To access your subscription settings, click “Subscription” in the settings sub-navigation (Click on the circle icon in the lower left hand corner to open the Settings).
Here you will see a breakdown of your monthly subscription as well as when your next payment will be.
To edit your billing details and update your credit/debit card, click the “edit billing details” button.
To cancel your subscription, click the “cancel subscription” button. This will ask you for feedback before having you enter your PreciseFP password to finally confirm cancellation. You should also receive a cancellation email from our automated system confirming this.
Invoice history
Your payment receipts are stored under “Invoice history” in the settings sub-navigation. To download any document, click the “download” button on the entry that interests you and your download should start immediately.
