The Billing domain is available to the Administrator of your subscription only by default.
Subscription
To access your subscription settings, click “Subscription” in the settings sub-navigation (Click on the circle icon in the lower left hand corner to open the Settings).
Here you will see a breakdown of your monthly subscription as well as when your next payment will be.
To edit your billing details and update your credit/debit card, click the “edit billing details” button.
To cancel your subscription, click the “cancel subscription” button. This will ask you for feedback before having you enter your PreciseFP password to finally confirm cancellation. Click on the Proceed button to confirm cancellation. You should also receive a cancellation email from our automated system confirming this.
Invoice history
PreciseFP does not email invoices, rather they are available in your Billing domain.
Your payment receipts are stored under “Invoice history” in the settings sub-navigation. To download any document, click the “download” button on the entry that interests you and your download should start immediately.
