How to set up BCC for PreciseFP client/prospect emails

To set up BCC emails for any outgoing correspondence to your clients/prospects from PreciseFP, navigate to Settings (click on the circle icon in the lower left hand corner).

Click on Teams on the Settings panel.

Click on your team.

Once you've clicked on your team you'll see the team details panel open from the right side of your screen.

Click on the 'Email Settings' icon.

Enter the email address you wish to have a BCC email sent to toward the top left of that panel.ย If you wish to enter more than one, the addresses will need to be separated by a comma.

If you have multiple teams you can add a different (or the same) email for each team.
