Form engagements are designed to gather data from your clients and prospects. They are created when you engage a client or prospect with a Form template. These engagements can be pre-filled automatically with information you have on file for the client or prospect and the data they gather may be then exported via our integrations to your financial planning tool and/or CRM.
PDF engagements are used to fill and capture e-signatures from your clients and prospects. They are based on PDF templates, PreciseFP’s version of a fillable PDF. Each PDF engagement may be created with up to 5 PDF templates. The system will automatically fill personal and contact information in the PDF documents and let you easily fill in the missing fields before sending the PDF engagement to be signed by your clients/prospects.
