The My templates section under PDF templates will let you manage all your PDF templates.

You can easily search for a specific template or filter the list for a specific category. Disabled templates are not shown in the main list by default. You need to select “disabled” from the “show only” dropdown.

Some templates in the list might not let you perform some operations. For example, a template that was shared with you by a team member won’t be customizable by you. Some premium templates installed from the library might also have most functions disabled and allow you to only “map” the template fields.

Clicking a template will open the Template details panel with the template information and a toolbar with all available operations.

To open a template in the PDF template editor, click the “customize” or “map” button.
