With Print Visibility settings, you have control over whether pages, groups and elements show up when a template or an engagement is printed to PDF.
To set Print Visibility, open the details panel of the page, group or element in question and choose 'Configure' under 'Visibility'
You will then see a 'Visible On' dropdown appear.
The options in that dropdown are Always Visible, Advisor Preview Only, Print Only and Screen Only.
With Always Visible, the item will be visible to the client and the advisor in the engagement as well as on the PDF when the engagement is printed to PDF.
With Advisor Preview only, the item with only be visible to the advisor on the engagement and the item will not show up when the engagement is printed to PDF.
With Print Only, the item will only be visible when the template or the engagement is printed to PDF and not visible in the engagement to the client or the advisor.
Note that if this setting is applied to a Welcome or Thank you page, it will appear in the engagement as an empty page.
With Screen Only, the item will be visible in the engagement, but not when it is printed to PDF.
