Creating and Importing Secondary Contacts among Teams

You can create Secondary Contacts at the Team level and then add them to other Teams on your subscription

You are able to add Secondary Contacts to a Team on your subscription so the contacts are available to use for all clients/prospects on that Team.

Please note there is a limit of 10 Secondary Contacts per Team/Account record.

To add Secondary Contacts to a Team, click on Settings > Teams, then click on the Team in question to edit it:

Enter the necessary information, then decide whether or not the contact will be shared with all clients/prospects on this Team:

If 'Yes' is selected when creating the contact, this Secondary Contact will be available for all Accounts on the Team it was added to:
