Navigate to Engagements > All Engagements (under Form Engagements), then click on the existing engagement to open Engagement details:

Alternatively, click to 'View/Edit engagement':

And select 'Notes' from the menu at the bottom of the engagement preview:

Once added, a Note can be edited or deleted by the original author or the Administrator of your PreciseFP subscription by clicking the caret:
