To include electronic signatures in the PDF document, open the PDF Mapper and click the “Signatures” button located on the top-right corner of the screen. The Signatures panel will show all available signature elements from the template. 

You are able to add to each page of your PDF document:

  1. The signature - A field that will contain an image of the signature added by the signee.
  2. The data - A field that will contain the date of signature.
  3. The signee - A field that will contain the name of the signee.

Once added, signature fields are highlighted yellow. You are able to move and resize these fields in the page. Clicking the “x” icon will remove the field from the page.

Note: Signatures are only available in High Security Level templates. If you do not see the “Signatures” button, make sure you are not editing a Low Security Level template
