*Note: You only have to enable the integration in PreciseFP, you do not have to enable the integration in eMoney.
To connect your eMoney account in PreciseFP:
Click on your profile picture on the left side navigation (if you don't have a profile picture uploaded it will be a circle icon) Then click on the Integrations. Click on the eMoney box.
Click on Enable this integration
You will then be prompted to enter in your partner name (if unknown please contact eMoney support at 1.888.362.8482) then click on the Enable button.
You will then be asked to enter in your eMoney credentials.
After you have entered in your credentials click on the Allow Access button. You should then see the eMoney box is listed as enabled.
To export new client/prospect data into eMoney from PreciseFP
Go to your client/prospects account by clicking on their name. When the account details open click on the export button.
Choose eMoney from the list
You can then choose to export to a brand new record or you can search for an existing clients record in eMoney and sync it to the existing record.
Once you've made your choice click on the export button.
Tip: In order to sync to an existing record in eMoney, the name and email address for the client must match with what is on their record in PreciseFP.
To import data from eMoney into PreciseFP
Tip: You do not need to turn anything on in eMoney in order to be able to retrieve data from eMoney into PreciseFP. Once you connect the two applications together in PreciseFP following the steps mentioned above, you are all set. A confirmation of the eMoney + PreciseFP integration partnership can be found here.
Click on Accounts from the left side navigation then All Accounts. Click on the + icon in the upper right hand corner.
Click on the Import tab. Choose client or prospect then choose eMoney.
Enter in the last name of the client you wish to import into PreciseFP
Check the box to the left of the name of the client you wish to import then click on the import button.
The client will then be imported into PreciseFP.
