How to securely send documents from PreciseFP into Google Drive, Box.com, Dropbox, One Drive and CITRIX ShareFile

Updated over a week ago

PreciseFP's document based integrations allow you to export uploaded documents, profile documents, PDF engagements and more automatically to the supported file storage services.

To enable the Google Drive, Box.com, Dropbox, One Drive or ShareFile integration navigate to Settings > Integrations.  Click on the integration that you wish to enable.

Click on the Enable this integration button.

Each integration will have step-by-step prompts to properly set up the integration. You can choose the name of the root folder where all documents will be stored. For Dropbox, the root folder will be named PreciseFP. You can customize the name of the root folder, but avoid using "special characters" and stick with alphanumeric characters only to prevent firing errors in the integration.

You will be able to select which document types you wish to automatically export as well as set up the root folder.

  • Export Profile Documents - When enabled, this feature will automatically export any document that is uploaded to the client/prospect profile.

  • Export Form Engagement Documents - When enabled, this feature will automatically export any document that is uploaded to a form engagement.

  • Export Form Engagement PDF version - When enabled, this feature will export a PDF version of the form engagement or, if the form engagement captured e-signatures, the PDF signed document along with the certificate of completion.

  • Export PDF Engagement documents - When enabled, this feature will automatically export the PDF documents associated to the PDF engagement. If the PDF engagement captures e-signatures via PreciseFP, the signed documents are exported. If the PDF engagement captures signatures via DocuSign, the unsigned version of the documents is exported.

Once complete the Integration box will show as enabled.
