Please note the emails associated to the form template will be sent from 'no-reply@precisefp.com'
Each Form Template contains three different types of emails that can be configured to send with their engagement. The New Engagement email is the only one of these that is enabled by default, but Periodic Reminders and a Thank You email can be established in the template editor:
Once in the editor, click on the envelope 'Emails' icon:
Here you can enable emails for engagements created with this template moving forward (these changes will not affect existing engagements), such as:
Import emails from another Form Template located under 'My Templates'
Enable/Disable New Engagement Emails, Periodic Reminders, and Thank You emails
Customize the verbiage of those emails for the template in question
Use pre-built Macros to further customize communication
Be sure to click 'Save changes' once finished!
