To turn on this integration (only needs to be done once in PreciseFP, you do not need to set up the integration in Asset-Map), click on your profile picture in the lower left-hand corner, then select Integrations and click on the Asset-Map integration box.
Click Enable this integration.
Select the Domain if you have multiple connections to Asset-Map, then click Enable.
After logging into Asset-map and authorizing the connection, the integration will be enabled in PreciseFP.
To export to Asset-Map
Click on a client/prospect name to open their account details. Click on the Export button.
Choose Asset-Map
If the client is not already in Asset-map, you can then create a new record on export, or if they do exist and are already connected to an existing account, it will push updates to the already existing record for the client, vs. duplicating it.
Once you've made your selection, click Export.
To import data from Asset-Map into PreciseFP
Click on Accounts from the left-hand side and then select All Accounts. Then click on the + icon in the upper right-hand corner.
Click on the Import tab, choose Prospect or Client, and choose Asset-Map.
Enter the client's household name to import.
Note: The client must have a primary email in Asset-Map in order to import. Clients without email addresses will not appear in the search results.
Once you've located the record you wish to import, check the box to the left of their name, then click on the Import button.
This will then bring your client's record into PreciseFP.
