Wealthbox Integration Overview

With our integration partner, Wealthbox CRM, you can send information and also receive information into your PreciseFP account.

To turn on this integration (only needs to be done once in PreciseFP, you do not need to set up the integration in Wealthbox) click on your profile picture in the lower left hand corner, then select Integrations and click on the Wealthbox integration box.

After logging into Wealthbox, the integration will then be enabled in PreciseFP.

Exporting to Wealthbox

Click on a client/prospect name to open their account details.  Click on the Export button.

If the client is not already in Wealthbox, you can create a new record upon export or if they do exist and are already connected to an existing account it will push updates to the already existing record for the client vs. duplicating it.

Once you've made your selection click on export.

Please note: PreciseFP's employment information field allows for multiple instances of the information by default, whereas Wealthbox's field allows for one entry per contact. An export of multiple pieces of employment information will only see the most recent information exported to Wealthbox.

To import data from Wealthbox into PreciseFP

Click on Accounts from the left hand side and then select All Accounts.  Then click on the + icon in the upper right hand corner.

Click on the Import tab, choose Prospect or Client and choose Wealthbox.

Enter in the client's last name to import.  

Once you've located the record you wish to import, check the box to the left of their name then click on the Import button.

This will then bring your client's record into PreciseFP

Cannot locate record in import/export search

To appear in the import/export last name search, the Wealthbox record must:

  • List the client as the Head of Household with a value in the Household Name field

  • Have an email address on file marked as 'Primary'

  • Be listed as Active

  • Have a First and Last Name

New Wealthbox records are Active by default, but this setting is located under Additional Information:
